As a manager:in patient advocacy, you play a key role in integrating the perspective of patients into our strategies and activities. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams as well as external stakeholders and actively shape programs that create real value for patients. Development and implementation of patient advocacy strategies in relevant therapeutic areas (Rare Disease, Nephrology) Building and maintaining sustainable partnerships with patient organisations and relevant stakeholders Analysis of patient journey and derivation of concrete measures to improve care Conception, control and further development of patient support programs (e.g. therapy theory, education) Development and implementation of engagement plans and identification of relevant stakeholders in the DACH area Close cooperation with cross-functional teams, in particular Medical Affairs and Market Access, to integrate patient perspective Participation in public affairs and market access activities with focus on patient-centric topics Ensuring compliance, regulatory and ethical standards

Complete university studies in the field of life sciences, healthcare or comparable Ability to present complex topics Multiannual professional experience in Patient Advocacy, Healthcare, Medical Affairs or Stakeholder Management Embossed understanding of patient needs and complex patient journeys, ideally in the field of rare diseases Experience in cooperation with patient organisations and external partners Knowledge of Public Affairs, Market Access or Health Policy Strong conceptual skills and experience in the development and implementation of programs Embossed communication and networking skills and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation High sense of responsibility and safe handling of compliance and ethics
