For our SOS Children's Village Worpswede, we are looking for a Kita Management (m/w/d) for our Kita Dat Butjerhus in parttime (25 to 30 hours/Where)

Our Kita Dat Butjerhus is located in the heart of our SOS Children's Village Worpswede. In the KiTa we serve up to 60 children in two elementary groups and a crib group. In the team, together with the children, we create a development-promoting and loving Kita everyday, in which a need-oriented pedagogy, participation and children's rights form the centre. In this sense, we strengthen children from their first year of life to school entrance and accompany their families expertly. Kita is currently undergoing change: In addition to structural and organizational changes, the team is actively developing the pedagogical concept. In addition, there is a larger change process ahead of the door, as Kita is expected to have a new building on the children's village area in 2026 and will then be four-grouped. It is important here, together with the department management and the team, to bring about the conceptual, design and moving process. As Kita management, you are responsible for the management and organization of Kita everyday. You take responsibility for the reflection and further development of the pedagogical concept together with your team. You develop your team with solution and resource-oriented attitude and take over the management and development of personnel. You design your kita as a training place and create space for exchange, reflection and individual development. The cooperation with the families will help you shape your partnership and be a professional contact person. You will be part of our Kita management round, in which the collegial exchange at management level and the development of professional standards are at the centre. In addition, you work with SOS-intern with our administration, specialist consulting and department management. As a carrier representative in the public, you connect in the commune and in the county and give children a voice. You pay attention to the conscientious implementation of child and care protection.

You are an educatorin with additional qualification (Kita-Fachwirt), social educationin, childhood education*in or have a comparable university degree. You bring management experience in the field of Kita as well as a high reflectivity. You are motivated to stand up for the subjects of children and their families and to bring them into motion.
