Senior Process Manager (m/f/d)

In your role, you will ensure that all process and operation-relevant topics are implemented within the framework of customer implementations in a timely and in the highest quality, and as an important interface between Solution Design, Operations and IT. You accompany intralogistic (great) projects and take part in the process/operation division responsibility. Through your cooperation, you increase the project quality – especially in automation and innovation projects. You continue to develop process management and continuously develop it to create continuous process transparency. In addition, you take processes, document, analyze and optimize them with the aim of modularizing and standardizing our logistics processes. In addition, you participate in the analysis of the degree of maturity of our branches, take appropriate measures and implement them together with the teams on site. You identify standardization approaches and best practices, develop them further and ensure their company-wide roll-out. In addition, you redesign processes or develop existing processes and ensure that our branches always achieve high process quality in optimization, escalation or change projects.

You have completed economic or engineering studies, ideally with the focus on logistics. In addition, you bring experience in intralogistic tasks as well as in the management of interdisciplinary projects, ideally in the context of contract logistics. Knowledge of process modelling with BPMN is obvious to you, and ideally you have already worked with WMS systems like EPG or PSI. You have well-founded know-how in logistical and operational processes as well as in the implementation of warehouse management systems and automation solutions. The safe handling of MS Office is part of everyday life for you, and additional methods such as MTM or REFA are beneficial. You think process-oriented and networked, desires solution-oriented and responsibly and likes to work as an innovative stimulant (m/w/d), consultant (m/w/d) and team player (m/w/d). You communicate convincingly, master German and English fluently and bring your own initiative, commitment and enforcement. You analyze complex facts precisely, organize yourself effectively and are ready to travel project-dependently.
