Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a Facility & Utility Consumption Data Analyst (w/m/div.) you take over the overall responsibility for the Utility Matrix (TUM) tool as a central data source for the media supply of the equipment from line and care to ensuring consistent data quality and topicality. The continuous development and optimization of existing consumption databases for all facility media (e.g. electricity, water, gas, compressed air, clean media) as well as the implementation of processes for automated data collection and integration and ensuring data integrity and accessibility are advanced by you. In this function, you are responsible for combining and processing consumption data from various sources for creating a holistic overview and for identifying consumption patterns, peak loads and optimization potentials. You work closely with the process managers to determine and evaluate maximum and average consumption and are in regular exchange with engineers from the adjacent areas to understand needs, to balance data and to develop common solutions. The reliable consumption data as a basis for their planning and decisions are provided by you.

Education: completed studies in the field of engineering (e.g. supply/building technology, energy technology, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience Experience and know-how: proven experience in the analysis of consumption data, ideally in the field of facility management or industry, very good knowledge in the work with databases and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, BI tools) as well as understanding of technical building systems and processes (HLK, electrical, cleansing media, compressed air), pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a high level of problem-solving competence Personality and working methods: careful and structured working with a view to details, high communication and team skills, as well as the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner Language: fluent German and good English knowledge in word and writing.
