In your 3-year training as a merchant/wife for marketing communication, you learn everything about modern marketing and digital communication. You will get exciting insights into the planning, implementation and analysis of marketing measures – from creative campaigns to international product solutions. Together, we ensure that our customers are thrilled and you gain valuable experience in a dynamic, international environment.

During your training you will get exciting insights and learn among others:

Creating marketing messages and concepts – developing creative ideas for different target groups. Digital marketing and social media – participation in the planning and implementation of online campaigns. Management of digital platforms and tools – websites, portals and databases maintain and optimize. Support market launches – cooperation with Europe-wide product and service launches. Corporate Communication and PR – Support press work and create success stories (Success Stories). Market analysis and media observation – identify trends and use them strategically. Product marketing and management – creation of marketing materials and campaigns for new products. Planning events and actions – implementing creative ideas for events, giveaways and trade fair appearances.

You've got a very good degree in real school, the high school or the school. Basic knowledge of digital media is present, and interest in the world of marketing is great. Communication strength, safe appearance and the ability to convince others of ideas are yours. Organizational talent and motivation are among your greatest strengths. Teamwork will give you pleasure and creative projects will inspire you. A good sense of speech and the ability to formulate texts appealingly complete your profile. Curiosity, creativity and the desire to get to know new trends in marketing are driving you. You are safe to use MS Office and open to digital tools. English? No problem for you – international communication is part of this.

Remuneration: Attractive training allowance and an annual premium for good school certificates. Well equipped: For the entire period of training we provide you with a laptop. Time for rest: 30 days holiday plus special days before the intermediate and final exam. Cases of 24.12. and 31.12. on a weekday, we will give you these as an extra holiday.
