As a Senior Specialist AI-based Learning & Skilling, you take a central role in designing at the interface of learning, technology and organization. You will ensure that employees can build AI competencies in a targeted manner, develop learning formats that accelerate AI-based skills and integrate the AI in a meaningful way. In detail, this means: Learning Strategy & Architecture: Developing the learning strategy for AI and specialist topics in line with the PPI-KI strategy and updating the company-wide AI baseline for all employees and deepening of the learning paths for central target groups Demand Analysis & Conception: Systematic survey of learning and qualification requirements in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders Learning paths & scaling: development, piloting and scaling AI-based learning paths for different roles, functions and experience levels Learning formats & social learning: coordination and gg. You combine well-founded experience in the Learning-&-Development environment with enthusiasm for AI and cooperative learning: Complete studies of business management, education management, psychology or a comparable discipline as well as multiannual professional experience in learning-&-development consulting or a comparable role Safe, practical use of generic AI in working life and strong interest in AI-based learning Experience in designing learning formats and learning paths as well as in building social learning approaches Ideally, knowledge in the banking or insurance context or advice of financial service providers Ideally knowledge and experience in creating e-learnings High learning agility, pronounced communication and moderation capabilities, and the joy to inspire others for AI, combined with knowledge of German language (C1), in particular for the design, moderation and communication of learning formats
