In this position, you drive growth strategies, develop modern sales and marketing concepts and actively shape the future of the company. Development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in close cooperation with the management Management of sales, sales and budget planning with responsibility for sustainable growth and profitability International networking and expansion of global business relations and market presence Leadership, motivation and further development of the sales and marketing team Building and expanding strategic partnerships and support and development of key accounts Development of digital distribution and marketing channels, e.g. website, social media and CRM systems

Completed studies in the field of business management, economic engineering, marketing or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in sales and/or marketing ideally in the construction subcontracting industry or a comparable technical environment Detectable successes in strategic and operational sales, combined with a strong sense of market and business development Experience in building and developing digital marketing and sales structures, e.g. in the field of online marketing, CRM or lead generation
