We are looking for an employee (m/w/d) for the organizational development and participation of the Stephanuswerk Isny in Allgäu in part-time/full time (31-39 hours/week).

You take over the technical management and operational management of projects in the Stephanuswerk. You are responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring, in particular in the areas of participation, social space and quarter work. You are responsible for the introduction and support of the SGB‐IX-compliant documentation system (Vivendi) in close coordination with the project management of the headquarters in Stuttgart. You agree on participation and documentation processes with internal specialist areas and external partners. You plan, tax and evaluierst pilot projects, evaluate the results and develop sustainable implementation recommendations. You are closely tuned with area lines, controlling and cost carriers. You prepare policy templates for the Steering Circle, Regional Director or Area Management. You support participation: You systematically integrate clients and employees into development and evaluation processes.

Higher education in the social sector, social management, health management, economics or comparable qualifications Detectable experience in organisational development, change management and project management, ideally in the field of integration aid or in comparable social services knowledge of the legal basis of integration aid, in particular SGB IX, and experience in participation planning and performance documentation are desirable; as an alternative, a strong willingness and ability to work on these topics Experience with process analysis and the development of practical work templates Secure handling of MS Office and experience with key figures and reporting tools Practical experience with Vivendi (or comparable documentation systems) is desirable, but not absolutely necessary expressed moderation and training skills; Experience in the development and implementation of practical training formats High communication and conflictability; practical, solution-oriented working style Car driver's license
