The SOS Children's Village Schleswig-Holstein in Lütjenburg in a scenic location near the Baltic Sea, is an institution of child and youth assistance with children's village families, various housing groups, outpatient flexible help, school social work, a public kita, a family center and the children and youth center ''KOM,MA'' with media workshop and environmental project. At the SOS Children's Village Schleswig-Holstein we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (25 hours/Where) Your task: As a coordinator (m/w/d) of our Open Full Day at the Theodor-Heuss Community School in Preetz, you connect educational work with organization and design. You are not alone: You become part of a dedicated overall team of more than 35 colleagues from school social work and open day-to-day. Together with the school, your colleagues and our network partners you create reliable structures and valuable development spaces for young people. With us, team spirit, professional exchange and an appreciation of each other – and your ideas are explicitly welcome! Your tasks include: Together with the team, you plan, coordinate and secure the reliable implementation of the entire open day. You accompany and support children and young people in the Open Treff and have an open ear for their concerns. You are a trusted contact person on site for students, parents, school, colleagues and network partners. You work closely and in partnership with the school management, the team of the Open Full Day and the school social work. You actively shape the offers of the Open Day and bring their own ideas and educational impulses. You support children and young people in their individual, social and school development and strengthen their opportunities for participation. You promote respectful coexistence and help young people see, hear and feel welcome. You contribute to the networking of the entire day within the school and with relevant cooperation partners. You implement the requirements of child and care protection responsibly and conscientiously. With your work, you make an important contribution to developing school as a living and holistic place of learning and living.
