Facility Manager (m/f/d)

You ensure the smooth operation of our buildings, technical facilities and outdoor areas and take over the responsibility for their non-immigrant condition. You carry out maintenance, maintenance and repair work independently and coordinate further measures if necessary. You carry out electrotechnical work and the analysis and elimination of technological disorders. In addition, you control and monitor external service providers as well as craft firms and ensure high quality performance. Compliance with all relevant legislation, safety regulations and quality standards is also within your scope. In addition, you document carefully the measures taken and actively contribute to the optimization and further development of the technological infrastructure.

(m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. Ideally, you are already bringing together several years of professional experience in facility management or building technology. You have well-founded knowledge in terms of maintenance, maintenance and operation of technical equipment. An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working is just as good as a high degree of sense of responsibility. You convince by an embossed hand-on mentality and work reliable and service-oriented. A valid class B driver certificate completes your profile.
