Fully strategic and operational advice from managers of all business sectors along the Employee Life Cycle Advice on labour law issues and observation of current legal developments Monitoring of individual labour law measures taking into account operational and legal requirements Confidential cooperation with the works council as well as – depending on the experience – leadership and moderation of business agreement negotiations Proactive identification of personal-relevant fields of action and introduction of impulses for the further development of strategic HR topics as well as initiation and participation in HR projects
