Further development of the central training system: They support the implementation of new training concepts and optimize existing programs Planning, organisation and implementation of training: They take over the complete processing of training – from the determination of needs, through implementation to documentation and reprocessing Analysis of training needs and evaluation: They determine training needs, evaluate the effectiveness of the measures and optimize training concepts Creating new training documents and digital formats: They develop innovative training materials and digital learning formats Participation in sustainability management: They support projects in the fields of Six Sigma and process optimization

Complete studies in the field of food, food technicians or comparable training Readiness to travel within our production sites Communication strength and team capacity: You like to keep your knowledge and work with people Self-employed and structured working with high commitment Safe handling of MS Office programs Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
