Project responsibility: You take on your own responsibility the control and commercial execution of exciting construction projects in the country and conduct working groups (ARGE). Your influence is crucial for project success Risk and chance management: You identify risks of outcomes and initiate countermeasures in close cooperation with technical project managers:inside. In addition, you analyze economic developments to maximize project results Precise analyses and controls: You perform regular target/actual comparisons and cost controls to detect plan deviations early and quickly initiate countermeasures Auditing and Planning: You take over the commercial planning of the construction process and ensure the creation of important planning data, including the examination of contracts and performance agreements Efficient invoice management: You are responsible for the timely creation and control of output invoices and ensure the quality in all commercial processes

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a completed technical/university study as an economic operator:in, economic engineer:in, economic lawyer:in, economic informatics:in or comparable as well as many years of professional experience in construction and in infrastructure projects You can present well-founded experience in the commercial execution of construction projects and know well in the procurement and contract regulations for construction services, in ARGE law and contract management A high affinity for complex projects and technical issues is yours Self-responsibility, flexibility, resilience and safe occurrence with all project participants are of course for you You convince with your goal-orientation, business-oriented thinking and action as well as a pronounced responsibility for earnings Very good knowledge of IT applications such as MS Office, in particular Excel, SAP (AAR / LfD), iTWO, Power BI, fluent German knowledge and readiness for regular service trips complete your profile
