Structured requirement management: You analyze business processes and develop clear, comprehensible IT requirements that serve as the basis for implementation in the project team. Conception and further development of digital solutions: Together with customers, you will develop first solution concepts, develop MVPs and accompany their validation and continuous improvement. Interface management with customers:inside and IT: You make sure through clear communication that all participants have a common understanding of goals, priorities and results. Support in sales situations: Concepts and MVPs are presented together with our colleagues from Sales and Key Account Management and illustrate the business value of our solutions. Impulsgeber:in for digital developments: Looking at trends and customer needs, you identify potentials for new topics, products and optimizations. Binding project work: You control your tasks in a structured manner, keeps agreements and ensures that all stakeholders are informed transparently at any time.

Education / Studies: Completed studies in (economic) informatics, economic engineering, natural sciences or a comparable subject First professional experience: First experience in (IT)project management or requirement management, e.g. through internships or student work IT and methodological knowledge: basic understanding for IT systems, processes and first contact points with agile methods and tools Analytical Strength: Good understanding of information processes and interest in data-based solutions Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Softskills: Team-oriented, communication-strong, curious, structured, responsible and motivated to achieve results together
