You get to know the staff support and support our team in implementing personnel planning and measures You accompany our staff representatives in the day-to-day business and support them with diverse operational and strategic topics You gain insights into the administrative processes in the personnel sector and support us in their implementation You are working with the employee representatives You are actively working on the development of decision-making bases and introducing your analytical skills You are researching labour law issues and helping to develop practical solutions

You are studying BWL, human resources management, economic psychology or a comparable degree programme Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in a HR department and have great interest in HR topics as well as joy in dealing with people You are sure to go with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and even had first touch points with SAP You work structured, reliable and bring your own initiative You are communicative, open and like to work in the team
