Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Support in the planning and implementation of employer-branding measures, in particular in the field of social media Work for external service providers and agencies for the content design of personal marketing activities Cooperation in the compilation of target group-specific advertising material and the collection and comparison of offers Research and information processing on trade fairs in the field of competence of the branch Working with the organisation and preparation of trade fair appearances, including internal coordination and logistical planning Cooperation in projects of the branch and the headquarters on HR and organizational objectives

Immatriculated Student (w/m/d) of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on staff or a degree with a focus on media or communication sciences You have completed at least the 2nd semester Safe handling of current MS Office programs Affinity and comprehensive knowledge of new media and print advertising/ advertising High affinity for popular social media applications (Instagram, Facebook, X) and feel for social media trends readiness to travel within the branch That would be desirable: driving licence class B Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Embossed Communicative Skills Embossed organizational talent Happy work in the team
