What awaits you in your new position To strengthen our Single Risk & Surety team, we are looking for an experienced account manager (m|w|d), who actively shapes and expands our relationships with customers, brokers and partners. Construction, maintenance and further development of relationships with existing customers and acquisition of new business opportunities Advice from customers on deposit solutions, contract types and individual security needs Analysis of financial customer situations and assessment of risks in cooperation with internal risk underwriting Negotiation, conclusion and supervision of guarantee frameworks, single risk coverage and individual programmes Close cooperation with brokers and sales partners as well as participation in customer appointments and network events Current market and competition monitoring for identifying trends and opportunities Control and support of the entire account management process – from request to implementation

What makes you You have a degree in BWL, VWL, banks with a focus on B2B or a similar course of study. Alternatively, you have completed vocational training in these areas. First professional experience in Surety, credit insurance, financial services or risk management Funded knowledge of security insurance, guarantee framework and risk assessment Sovereign appearance towards managing directors, financial managers and brokers Impressed communication and negotiation capabilities Knowledge of the analysis of annual accounts Own, structured operation with high customer orientation Joy in cooperation in international, interdisciplinary teams Negotiating German and good English skills complete your profile
