Kitchen help/housekeeper for the Lottbek daycare center (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team and develop the municipality of Ammersbek we are looking for you!

At the earliest possible date, the employment is in an unlimited working relationship in parttime with a regular working time of 25 hours a week. Remuneration is carried out according to category 3 TVöD; relevant professional experience can be taken into account in the level allocation.

The Lottbek Children's Daycare Centre currently serves a total of 120 children. A hot meal and breakfast and afternoon snack are prepared daily in the on-site kitchen.

Together with a colleague, you are responsible for the following tasks as part of your activity:

• Support in the daily preparation and issue of lunch

• Management and maintenance of quality control lists

• acceptance and classification of goods

• Cleaning of dishes

• Wash laundry

• Cleaning the dining room after meals

• Proper disposal of waste

• Ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with hygienic standards

• Representation of cooks in absence

Changes in the area of responsibility remain reserved.

Ideally, you already have experience in this area and are able to take over the work in the kitchen independently in case of representation.
