For more than 25 years, the owner has been a guided house for sustainability, ecological conviction and first-class products that are manufactured at various locations in Germany. At the next time we are looking for an ecotrophologist / food chemist (m/w/d) at the Lübeck site.

Do you have very good knowledge in the field of food law as well as the Health-Claims regulation and have a sense of the feasibility of product developments? Creation and testing of labels taking into account food law and compliance with the Health-Claims Regulation Compilation of Pregnant and Informative Product Texts Developing product strategies and (co-)creating business cases Implementation of customer surveys and workshops on product innovation Development of innovative products and the development of new markets Communication with wage producers Support of market launches and organisation of product presentations Extension of the network of therapists for product testing (MVP) Ensuring the quality of the product portfolio Personal and virtual advice from customers Accompanying trade fairs (approx. 6 per year) Ideally occasional presentations at trade fairs

Funded knowledge in food law and in the Health-Claims Regulation Studies in the field of ecotrophology, pharmacy, food chemistry Alternatively comparable training At least first experience in product or fire management Basic chemical understanding for evaluating product compositions Affinity for writing product texts Teamability, communication strength and independent working Add-on likes basic knowledge of design thinking and MVP development An interest in natural medicine and a class B licence are advantageous
