We cover the Munich demand for district heating up to 2040 CO2-neutral at the latest. Responsibility for the structuring, planning, management and implementation of demanding projects in the depths of geothermal energy; in particular, the Obertageanlage with the main structures of construction technology, process engineering, electrical and control technology Responsibility and implementation of supplier management at a high level of externalisation (from the ''Make it or Buy it Decision' to the end of the contractual relationship) Responsibility for the determination and monitoring of target, actual and forecast data (cost/ proceeds, dates, performance and quality) Ensure the project objectives in compliance with shared costs, dates and quality requirements. Track, evaluate, report the project stand and derive project control measures Responsibility for approval processes (internal/external), implementation of pending tasks, compliance with applicable laws, regulations and regulations

Completed (special) higher education (master or diploma) from the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering, process engineering, energy engineering, etc. You are Senior Project Manager* and have several years of relevant professional experience as project manager for the development and realization of complex, technical buildings/energy centers/heater unit stations Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and working with external contractors, architects and engineers Knowledge of project management, building, planning and contract law (VOB, HOAI, BGB, award procedures) and relevant technical regulations Problem solving skills, communication skills, time management, leadership skills and negotiation skills are your strength
