Proactive identification, speech and acquisition of new customers through the establishment and active use of relevant networks in Baden-Württemberg and active care and expansion of existing customer relationships Responsibility for object monitoring as overall project manager:in accordance with LP 8, § 33 HOAI for one or more construction sites and for compliance with safety requirements and project objectives Professional leadership of the project team including their technical guidance and training Economic development of the construction projects, monitoring of the construction design and coordination of the internal and external project participants Superior project responsibility and monitoring of dates, project budgets and quality standards Secure and sound application of follow-up and change management

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification Professional experience in building management, object monitoring or planning – ideally first experience in the professional management of teams as well as contacts with potential customers in the region of South Baden Safe handling of the VOB and sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI, etc.) Willingness to take over responsibility and travel to the construction sites on site Embossed communication and coordination strength, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to combine technical expertise with a consulting-oriented acquisition approach Leadership and fun in cooperation with different people, teams and tasks
