You are responsible for the technical support, maintenance, optimization and further development of our supply and disposal systems and systems. This includes the following tasks: Maintenance, repair and optimization of compressed air and vacuum generation systems including pipeline systems and filtration refrigeration and cooling towers Water treatment plants and water circulations Urban water supply systems Heat recovery systems Air conditioning systems (RLT) and cold water sets Air conditioning and air conditioning equipment Tanks and conveyor systems for liquid raw materials taking into account safety requirements

Preparation, implementation and commissioning of pressure system testing Coordination of wastewater management Management AWSV incl. WHG for industrial plants Communication and coordination with authorised monitoring bodies (ZÜS), the trade supervisory authority and authorities and competent monitoring bodies Cooperation with the fields of electrical engineering, mechanics and technical purchasing Selection, commissioning and support of foreign companies and service providers SAP-based maintenance planning as well as the creation and implementation of maintenance measures in close cooperation with the departments Independent planning and implementation of projects in the area of responsibility Active cooperation and support in investment and optimization projects Support of the energy team in energy efficiency and sustainability measures Design of measuring sensor technology for material and fluid flows Collection, archiving and processing of consumption and process data Maintenance of fire detection and extinguishing systems including sprinkler systems Creation and maintenance of flow images and R&I schemes

Long-term professional experience Experience in the chemical industry or process industry desirable Capacity for testing pressure vessels and pipelines Person subject to electrical engineering (EuP) Certificate of refrigeration and heat pumps Experience in handling electric steam generators Qualification as a Sprinkler Knowledge of the current drinking water regulation Knowledge of hygienic requirements for ventilation systems (RLT systems) Person responsible for fire alarm systems Experience in energy management according to ISO 50001:2018 Knowledge of Immission Protection Law Knowledge found in Microsoft 365 Knowledge of SAP PM desirable Knowledge of R&I flow images Training team and communication skills Structured and independent operation Analytical and solution-oriented thinking High sense of security and responsibility Organisational strength and pronounced project management skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
