Servicetechniker TK (w/m/d)

in full time (39 hours/week) As part of your activity, you are responsible for the installation and configuration of complex communication solutions and the associated applications, e.g. UC, SBC, 3rd-Party etc. They are responsible for system integration in communication infrastructures, such as IP networks, LAN/WAN, Layer 2/3, servers and gateways. In addition, you will focus on system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of hybrid and cloud communication systems. Technical problems escalate at the manufacturer's third-level support. They are ready to participate in the call readiness service.

They have successfully completed training in a recognized electrotechnical profession, for example as IT system electronics or information electronics (w/m/d). In addition, you have been able to gain several years of professional experience in telecommunication technology, preferably in the field of OpenScape 4000. Further product knowledge in the field of UC applications from different manufacturers is desirable. A customer-oriented manner of trade and thinking, independent working and team skills are the key features. You also have a class B driving licence.
