Advice with added value: You are the first contact for our users – whether online, by phone or personally on site. You help not only with problems, but also proactively advise. Process optimization: You will not only analyze errors, you will find the cause. Together with the team you design and optimize the financial processes of the future. Knowledge transfer: You create modern training documents and perform user training. You make others a pro! System Care & Innovation: You manage master data (banks, accounts, taxes) and test new releases and bug fixes thoroughly before You go live. Finance: Your focus is on financial and asset accounting – here you can fully introduce your specialist expertise.

Technical foundation: You are a business owner, account holder (m/w/d) or have completed a commercial training with a focus on financial accounting. IT affinity: You already have experience in IT support and ERP systems (ideally Wilken P/5). Communication talent: You enjoy dealing with people and remain friendly and constructive in conflict situations. Solution orientation: Analytical thinking is your strength.
