HR Controller (m/w/d)

Building Reporting: You develop a professional and efficient HR reporting – structured, conceptually thought-out and future-oriented. Establishing standards: you define and optimize structures, standards and processes in the field of personnel planning and control. Plan personnel costs: You create annual personnel and headcount planning, analyze deviations and answer quarterly reports. Ad-hoc analyses deliver: you create precise evaluations and statistics for internal and external stakeholders. Digitalize key figures: You develop a modern KPI set using the personal information system and expand the monthly reporting. implement tools and methods: They use tools for personnel planning – including tracking and further development. Improving processes: analyze, design and optimize HR processes with a clear focus on digitalization and efficiency. Support financial statements: They provide valid data and support the creation of personal-relevant graduates.

Qualification: Complete study with a focus on controlling, HR or comparable qualification – ideally with project and process know-how. System understanding: They bring experience with digital HR solutions and identify relationships in complex system landscapes quickly. KPI experience: Personal controlling and handling of relevant key figures are very familiar to you. Analytical thinking: Your IT and numerical affinity is shown in clear analyses and structured approach. Discretion & reliability: They work precisely, confidentially and legally – especially in the handling of sensitive data. MS Office fit: Very good Excel skills are of course for you – Pivot, Formulas & Co. are part of your craft.
