Preparation, implementation and control of monthly wage and salary bills for all employees. Maintenance and updating of personnel master files Registration of employees in social security institutions and processing of registration and certification (e.g. health insurance, tax office, professional associations) in cooperation with an external wage service provider Calculation and booking of allowances, allowances, special payments (e.g. premiums, bonuses, allowances) and monetary benefits. Examination of accounting documents for financial accounting and voting of salary accounts. Preparation and supervision of pay tax and social security checks. Contact person for employees, executives and external bodies in tax and social insurance issues.

Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial merchant, tax specialist) or comparable qualification, ideally with additional qualification in wage and salary accounting. Professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably in a medium-sized company or in tax consulting. Safe handling of common wage billing software and very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel. Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law. High number affinity, careful and confidential functioning as well as strong sense of responsibility and service orientation. In addition to the professional know-how, you are characterized by social competence. You are reliable, committed and flexible. First of all, you're a coward!
