Reception and care of our patients:inside and organisation of scheduling Conducting medical assistance tasks in investigations and treatments Inclusion of patients:inside, survey of anamnese and documentation in the practical administration system Implementation of blood withdrawal Training of the diabetological patient: inside Implementation of vaccinations Preparation and preparation of treatment rooms and instrument care Administrative activities such as billing, management of patient records and correspondence Ensuring compliance with hygienic standards in accordance with the requirements Support for organisational processes in everyday practice

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Qualification as a Diabetes Advisor (m/w/d) or willingness to obtain qualification desirable Experience outpatient area is beneficial Knowledge of medical terminology as well as the organisation of practice Safe handling of common office software and practice management systems (e.g. MS Office, practical software) Embossed communication skills, empathy and team skills Self-working and sense of responsibility
