Your duties

As a member of our team, you are responsible for the care and advice of employees. You are a contact person for personal and tariff issues. Your other tasks include:

• Processing of personnel matters from recruitment to exit (e.g. examination of applications, preparation of documents relating to recruitment, cost of personnel, payment of remuneration, issue of certificates)
• Examination and fixing of tariff services (evaluation of activities in respect of the remuneration group, step fixing)
• Collection and maintenance of personnel data in the HIS SVA personnel management system
• Run and archive personal files
• Personnel selection procedures (including publication of job advertisements and participation in job interviews)

They have

• a completed training (administrative/commercial) or a completed university course (administrative/personal/legal)
• as many years as possible professional experience in personnel management
• ideally knowledge in the field of public law, in particular labour and collective law, as well as university structures and processes
• a routine handling of MS Office and a staff management program
• good English skills
