You are responsible for developing and validating innovative business models based on thorough market research and user centering. In your role, you work in an interdisciplinary team consisting of UX designers and software engineers to quickly prototype and test innovative concepts. Using methods like Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Business Model Canvas, you are familiar with iterating and validating (e.g. existing) ideas quickly. You are familiar with classic and agile project management methods and able to set up an identified focus area as a venture project and manage it with the participation of internal and external stakeholders. You already bring a well-founded product focus in Mindset, also for the design and functioning of the final product, in order to accompany it in the ripening process beyond the prototype phase. In the further development, you develop first product roadmaps with clear goals and milestones – always in good balance between user needs, technical feasibility and economic optimization. In the development of business models and financial models for new ventures, including forecasts, budgeting and resource planning, you will find yourself fully.
