Your tasks with us: Ensuring the implementation of the Operations Management System (OMS) within the DHL Supply Chain Germany & Alps Organisation Development and coaching of the executive team of branches (first reporting level to branch manager) Standardization of processes & systems Training of employees in branches Ensuring the sustainability of OMS by tracking and reporting the successes and, if necessary, developing cost-effectiveness calculations of measures in the context of implementation In the sense of best practice sharing, you actively provide examples of success from the implementations (over-)regionally and promote their dissemination

That's what you bring: Detectable successes and passion for coaching and training Advanced knowledge and experience in the application of Operations Excellence (Lean + Continuous Improvement) Experience in the design and implementation of workshops and training High degree of willpower and demonstrated will for change Controls address-oriented communication (both to executives and operational staff) Long-term experience in operational logistics operations desirable High level of initiative Active listener and communication strength English knowledge of Word and Writing readiness to travel within Germany
