For our measure in Hamburg Eimsbüttel, we intend to occupy the following position:

This place is to be filled indefinitely until 28.02.2027. Repayment is sought. 

The KOM gGmbH pays after the BBB tariff.

Our customers, target groups and participants are: 

• adult education and socially disadvantaged
• People with migration background

Objectives of the measure are:

• promotion and maintenance of motivation, support and support of participants in overcoming their individual difficulties
• Development of a realistic connection perspective
• Integration into insurance-based employment

Your tasks will be:

• They help participants overcome their individual difficulties by providing intensive advice and assistance
• You activate and motivate the participants
• They build reliable relationship structures
• They provide everyday aids for example for day structuring and housing
• They provide assistance in problem situations including the placement of problem solving strategies and crisis intervention
• They establish contacts with non-profit organisations, initiatives, associations, consultations and associations and cooperate with them.
• They offer regular speaking hours
• They develop targeted offers for structuring everyday life and for individual
• Life planning
• You work closely with Jobcenter team.arbeit.hamburg together
• You document and create reports
• Ideally you have language skills in Russian/Ukrainian or Arabic or Turkish or in Dari/Farsi

These knowledge and qualifications will help you with:

• You have a completed study of social education/work, or Social work, medical education or rehabilitation, special education (Diplom, Bachelor or Master)
• Alternatively you have a Diploma, Bachelor, Master or Magister Artium with the supplementary subjects or Education/social work or rehabilitation, special education or youth assistance
• As a teacher or teacher, you must demonstrate within the last five years at least one year of professional experience with the target group of unemployed persons.
• Replacement from state-recognized educational professions, such as educator/educator, from youth/home education, these professions must demonstrate at least one year's professional experience with the target group of unemployed within the last five years
