Student Assistant (m/w/d): Sustainability Management and Recycling

We, the Fraunhofer Institute for Research Production Battery Cell FFB, have made it our task to become the center of the development of a modern and scalable battery cell production for Germany and Europe. We work every day to create an infrastructure that enables companies and research institutions to test, implement and optimize the production of new batteries close to the standard. This is how we design the battery cell production of tomorrow. In the group »Sustainability Management« we identify and evaluate the environmental impacts of battery cell production and develop approaches to their reduction. To support our group, we are looking for a dedicated student assistant at the Münster site at the earliest possible time, which supports our team with a working range of approximately 52 hours per month.

What you do with us

  • You support in project work on the topics of material flows and secondary raw materials in battery cell production
  • In addition, you will conduct literature research to determine current topics and trends in scientific literature on the sustainability of battery cells
  • Your tasks include the presentation, structuring and summary of search results and preparation in MS PowerPoint
  • In addition, you support building and maintaining sustainability databases and creating eco balances (e.g. in MS Excel)
