Project management for demanding construction projects of public and private builders in accordance with the performance model “Project Control/Project Management” of the AHO Technical Commission Consultancy and accompaniment of the client Coordination, guidance and support of the various project participants Control and control of qualities, costs and appointments throughout the entire project course from the demand planning or Basic determination until commissioning Contract management for freelance services and construction services

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or comparable studies Ideally, you have first experience in building project management or you have experience in developing complex construction projects in civil engineering and/or civil engineering You have knowledge of the current procurement, construction and planning law (HOAI, AHO, VOB, GWB, VgV, UVgO) You have very good German language skills in word and writing, foreign language skills (English and/or French) are of advantage You convince by a safe occurrence, self-initiative, communication skills and the willingness to introduce and develop their knowledge and skills into a team
