Takeover of small repairs and maintenance work as well as responsibility for cleaning and care of the green areas. Regular control procedures for monitoring the technical systems. Own-responsible creation of detailed documentation. Direct coordination of the services with the object supervisor on site. Responsibility for the transfer and withdrawal of the property during a rental change.

You are convinced with: A completed craftsmanship would be advantageous. Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience. However, we also like to see professional beginners or technically experienced cross-comers. You have a strong technical understanding.
