For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a reliable (m/w/d) in full time, also for direct hire.

Your tasks:

• Machine operation: setup, programming and operation of CNC lathes for the production of high-quality components.
• Manufacturing implementation: independent processing of production orders according to technical drawings and production plans.
• Process monitoring: control of production processes, timely adaptation of parameters to ensure trouble-free operation.
• Quality assurance: Testing of the finished workpieces with common measuring devices, documentation of the results and implementation of quality-safe measures.
• Responsibility for shifts: takeover and structured handover of shiftwork tasks including assignment of colleagues.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: Training in machining mechanics, industrial mechanics, tool mechanics, precision mechanics or machine and plant control, e.g. as machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, precision mechanics (m/w/d).
• Experience: Knowledge of CNC turning and practical experience in setting and operating CNC-controlled machines.
• Control competence: Ideally experience in handling Fanuc controls or comparable systems.
• Working method: independent, accurate and quality-oriented work and reliable reading of technical drawings.
• Layer readiness: willingness to work in 3-shift operation.
• Soft skills: reliability, readiness to learn, self-responsibility and team orientation.
