During your trainee program, you will run all the important areas in the market: Working in the day-to-day business (sales, cash registers, clearance of goods) Responsibility for goods ordering, acceptance and presentation Control of assortments and sales Insights into economic indicators (conversion, tension, inventory) Participation in personnel deployment planning and team organisation Step-by-step takeover of leadership responsibility Support of current executives in operational business Objective: To build your leadership in the market within 18 months
