You support our team in developing and communicating strategic and operational goals. In particular, you perform the following tasks: Cooperation in the development of quantitative and qualitative objectives in close coordination with management. Calculation and provision of relevant key figures for target tracking and success measurement. Visualization of the target systems and key figures in the form of presentations, dashboards or other suitable formats. Preparation of a communication plan for the internal and, if necessary, external communication of the goals being worked out. Support in the event organization, preparation and documentation as part of the target development processes.

You study BWL with focus on management and management, economic engineering, business administration or a comparable degree program. You are at least in the third bachelor's semester of your studies. You bring analytical skills and a good understanding of economic relationships. You have experience or interest in visualizing data (e.g. with PowerPoint, Excel, BI tools). You work structured, team-oriented and reliable. You show initiative and flexibility in handling new tasks. You have a strong communication capability and can easily prepare complex content.
