As an expert on rent management, you are responsible for the development, control and safeguarding of a uniform rent policy for the residential sector, including: Renting price strategy, rental value determination, rental adjustments and lease reductions taking into account legal requirements. Development and further development of quality standards in tenant management, in particular guidelines, model contracts, templates, action plans and work aids based on the current legal case. Consultation and support of the operational units in complex legal issues, as well as the provision of a uniform legal application and support for lease adjustment and lease reduction processes. Analysis and monitoring of rental and market data, maintenance and further development of rental mirror management including SAP-based data management and derivation of optimization measures. Control of measures for tenant satisfaction and customer retention, including implementation and evaluation of tenant surveys and implementation of appropriate improvement measures. Conception and implementation of training as well as management of multi-disciplinary projects and working groups for the further development of the tenant management and housing management. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional service trips occur within the framework of about one to five days a year, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: Employees: Completed university studies (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) in the field of business with real estate, real estate, finance or comparable qualifications. Competences: You have extensive knowledge of rental law, housing management and inventory management and the relevant legal framework. Funded application knowledge with SAP BALIMA as well as the common Microsoft Office applications are of course for you.
