Product Manager Salesforce Experience Cloud (m/f/d)

You control our Experience Cloud holistically – from cross-departmental coordination to the central response role for all product questions. You are responsible for our portal ecosystem operationally and strategically, working closely with the Dev team and prioritising requirements. You develop our Experience Cloud portals, translate user needs into requirements and accompany Testing, UAT and Go‐Lives. You analyze usage data and take specific measures to optimize user experience. You train power users and end users and ensure knowledge through clear documentation and guides. You present product updates, keep Stakeholder informed, market trends tested and efficiently tax external partners. Duration for 2 years

You have completed your studies in the field of business informatics, business management or a comparable field of expertise. You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a product manager, CRM implementation, Salesforce; Technical understanding and confidence with software development processes. You have strong communicative skills, go solution-oriented and work with different teams to understand their challenges and solve them by Salesforce. A certification in project management (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2) is desirable for us.
