Group book age according to IFRS/HGB (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team in Roßdorf near Darmstadt, we are looking for a full-time group accounting (m/w/d) according to IFRS/HGB.

As a Corporate Accountant (m/w/d), you take over the responsible creation of consolidated financial statements according to IFRS/HGB – independent and in the team. You coordinate data imports, consolidations and intercompany agreements and are a competent contact person for all accounting issues to the Group companies as well as auditors and tax advisors.

You create independent and in the team the consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of the EnviroWater Group according to IFRS/HGB with the consolidation software LucaNet – from planning to completion. (Previous knowledge is desirable) You take responsibility for data import, monthly consolidation, intercompany voting and ongoing mirror care in the group. With your well-founded IFRS/HGB identifiers, you support the Group companies competently in all accounting matters. As a central contact point for your topics, you will be regularly exchanged with the financial sector of the holding company SKion Water GmbH as well as with auditors and tax advisors. You prepare the group balance sheet mapping of special measures such as initial and deconsolidation, mergers and work towards the creation of the purchase price allocations (PPA). You are constantly working on the optimization, automation and digitization of existing processes and systems.

You have an economics degree with a focus on accounting or a degree as an accounting book holder HGB/IFRS and, if necessary, multiannual experience in auditing or tax consulting. You have a well-founded knowledge of IFRS/HGB and provide several years of experience in the financial and accounting of an internationally active company – ideally, you have already gained practical experience in consolidated or auditing consolidated financial statements according to IFRS. Dealing with Microsoft Office is of course for you and you have already gained experience with LucaNet as well as project practice in accounting. You act independently, analytically and solution-oriented and are happy to work in the team. You can control German and English in a safe manner.
