Sales Assistant for Commodity (Power & Gas) in Industrie & Gewerbe (m/w/d).

Support of the sales team in daily business Creation, coordination and tracking of offers, supply-relevant documents and debits Preparation of relevant documents for the final phase (e.g. tender documents) Communication with suppliers, customers and partners Maintenance and updating of customer and sales data in the CRM system Planning, coordination and preparation of customer appointments Processing of customer requests and telephone and written correspondence Support in the planning and implementation of sales and campaigns Cooperation with internal departments such as marketing and order processing

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. office management, industrial businessman/wife) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the sales service or assistance function desirable, ideally in the B2B environment You have very good organizational skills, a structured way of working as well as a high level of prioritization competence Communication strength, service-oriented appearance and a clear understanding of the requirements of an acquisition-oriented sales process You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally brings experience in dealing with CRM systems You are team-oriented, work independently and independently and convince by a careful and reliable way of working You have excellent knowledge of German in word and writing
