Your tasks Depending on the field of application, you can take the following activities:

• Lamination: Manual preparation and assembly of laminated glass structures (insertion of films, positioning of the panes) and visual inspection before the autoclave process

• CNC milling: Roughing and operation of CNC-controlled milling machines for glass processing as well as measurement control of the manufactured components

• Pressure line: Set up and operate the glass printing systems as well as monitoring the print quality - Cutting: operating the automated cutting system and checking the dimensional accuracy of the cut glass panes

• Machining center: Operations of machining centers for drilling, grinding and edge processing as well as quality control of processed glasses - Measurement, visual and quality control

• And in all areas: documentation of production and quality data

• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Experience in a production plant desirable
• First knowledge of glass, metal, wood or plastic processing – of advantage, but no need
• ready for 3-layer
• Secure German knowledge, B2 (communication and documentation)
• Reliable, careful and independent operation
• Teamability and high quality awareness

• Use and compensation are based on the iGZ/DGB tariff agreement – as a production employee Augsburg you start with an hourly wage of €17.00
