What counts

Complete technical or commercial training, ideally in the field of facility management, building technology or comparable Good IT skills Experience in handling CAFM systems (e.g. pitFM o. A.) desirable Technical basic understanding in building technology of advantage Structured and careful operation and high data affinity Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Communication strength and service orientation in handling customers and internal interfaces Independent, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation Quick and independent integration into new topics Joy in dealing with different IT systems

Your contribution to us

Support and further development of the CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management) at the customer location Maintenance and management of master data, technical installations and surface and building data in the CAFM system Support in the planning, control and documentation of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures Ensuring data quality and performing regular data analyses and reporting Coordination and tracking of tickets, orders and work reports in the system Interface between operational technical teams, customers and internal specialist departments Support in the digitization and optimization of processes in facility management Creation of evaluations, KPI reports and documentation for the customer Participation in audits and ensuring compliance with quality and documentation standards
