lathe operator (m/f/d)

● You program, equip and align conventional or cyclically controlled lathes with Weiler control independently for processing complex workpieces. ● You manufacture demanding workpieces precisely according to technical drawings in individual parts and wage production and adapt the machine parameters independently if required. ● You continuously measure and control the manufacturing dimensions of your workpieces with suitable measuring means and thereby ensure consistently high production quality.

● You have a completed vocational training as a machining mechanic, precision mechanics or lathe (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. ● You have several years of professional experience in turning and precise manufacturing of demanding items. ● You can safely read technical drawings, measure and test manufacturing parts independently and ideally bring experience with Weiler lathes as well as good German knowledge.

● Planable working hours: You work 38 hours a week in one-shift operation, start from 6:15 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. thanks to the sliding time, and profit daily from a short six-hour working day. ● Mobility support: You will receive a job bike and a monthly tax-free voucher of over 50 euros, which you can use for fuelling or for the German ticket. ● Attractive special payments: In addition to your salary, you will receive a 13th monthly salary and a profit-based bonus. ● Family working environment: You can expect monthly barbecue events from April to September, free workwear, free parking and a collegial team with short decision-making paths. .
