Financial accountant from 30 hours per week (m/f/d)

In this role, you keep an overview and make sure everything runs smoothly. These include: Booking and voting of all accounts (debitors, creditors, property accounts) Monitoring and maintenance of cost centers Implementation of payment transactions including preparation and execution of payments Care and control of payment inputs Account adjustment and account maintenance Processing of travel cost accounting Processing of statistics and evaluations Maintenance of master data Writing and Documentation in Responsibility Monitoring of payment flows including dunning Support for plant accounting Close cooperation with management and specialist departments

You think, act independently and also keep in mind complex relationships. Commercial training, ideally with further training in financial and accounting Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting Secure handling of accounting software such as DATEV or SFirm Very good MS Office knowledge Structured, conscientious and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and team spirit Own initiative and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German, English are a plus
