Independent handling of liability damage, in particular in the area of liability for the holding, taking into account the applicable legal framework Examination of Liability/Decking on the basis and height Ensuring fast, clear and solution-oriented communication with policyholders, stakeholders, brokers and service providers Documentation and settlement of damages in the corresponding systems Ensuring compliance with agreed service levels (SLAs) and communication deadlines Coordination with external partners such as experts, lawyers or insurers Disbursement of damage up to a defined amount System management of the various programs

Successfully completed training as a merchant / as a merchant for insurance and finance, ideally with a focus on liability Ideally 1–2 years of professional experience in the field of insurance / damage processing, preferably in liability damage processing Knowledge of liability law and the regulation of liability damage Good understanding of insurance products and operational processes in the damage process Communication strength and solution-oriented work Organisational skills and independent working Customer and service-oriented thinking Loadability and flexibility: Safe handling with high number of cases, escalations or time pressure Ideally experience in handling (inter)national customers Knowledge of English and very good German knowledge
