We are the creators of Checkmk, a leading hybrid IT monitoring software for both cloud-native and traditional infrastructures and applications. Checkmk is available as an open-source and commercial edition. We are a strong team of software developers and DevOps, open-source enthusiasts and nerds who are passionate about helping small and large companies run their complex IT infrastructures acquired. Over the last years we have grown from 20 to over 250 employees to support our customer growth in Europe, the US and beyond. Our colleagues currently work from our Munich HQ as well as across Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Spain, Poland, USA, Singapore and Malaysia.

Management of Employment Documents: Joint creation and implementation of work contracts, contract changes and personal documents Independent Areas of Responsibility: Valuable support of the team for essential administrative tasks and acquisition of own processes Reporting & Compliance: Support and independent compilation of reporting, ensuring the topicality of our personal data in compliance with essential requirements and deadlines Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Support in the entire application process – from tendering to applicant management to coordination of interviews Active Sourcing: Using the proactive search and approach of matching profiles via business networks (e.g. LinkedIn) to attract talent Collaboration: In-depth insights and close collaboration with different teams, including People & Culture, Finance and Office Management

You are registered as a student*in (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in a commercial, personal or comparable course Ideally, you're bringing first experience in the area People & Culture - first knowledge in dealing with Personio is a big plus You work independently, conscientiously and absolutely discreetly, especially in the handling of sensitive personal data You are an open, communicative personality and team spirit as well as humor are just as important as us Embedded in a well-established team, you deliver reliable results and have a high level of quality to your work Speaking and writing German and English is easy for you
