Strategic Buyer (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the implementation of tenders for suppliers of materials, components and services Active negotiation of commercial, technical and contractual conditions with suppliers Self-governing the entire purchasing process – from demand planning to contract implementation Development and implementation of purchasing strategies for assigned product groups and suppliers Participation in defining and implementing internal purchasing policies and standards Identification of savings potentials, supplier consolidation and optimization of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Market monitoring, analysis of the supplier environment and risk assessment Building, development and maintenance of strategic supplier relations Close cooperation with other departments (production, sales, finance, law, quality, logistics) Reporting on ongoing procurement processes and purchase results

completed studies (FH/Uni) or technical/commercial training At least 5 years of professional experience in shopping, ideally at least 3 years in strategic purchasing Experience in the implementation of tenders, negotiations and the development of purchasing strategies Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Business Central), very good MS-Excel knowledge as well as experience with Procurement tools Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Strategic and analytical thinking Impressed negotiating and communication skills Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work Initiative in the further development of processes and systems Result orientation and decision-making based on data readiness to travel in Germany and abroad (delivery visits, audits)
