Customer Service Representative for Sampling / Product Consultant (m/f/d)

In our project team you will accompany our customers on your own way to their new home. From the selection of equipment to individual special requests until handover, you make sure that You feel well advised and reliable throughout the entire process. You keep all threads together in the background: You coordinate the parties, keep an eye on dates, costs and open topics and ensure that agreements are implemented reliably. Your core tasks: Advising our customers on equipment and special requests as well as carrying out and documentation of the sampling Coordination of customer requests with project management, planning, craftsmen and suppliers as well as preparation of offers and supplements Organisation and follow-up of the agreed special requests regarding implementation, quality, costs and dates Continuous support of our customers during the construction phase as well as clarification of questions, changes and additional wishes Accompanying acceptances and handovers as well as coordination and follow-up of defects and open services Support our project management for organizational and project-related tasks

Professional experience: You bring experience in customer consulting and ideally in the project business, for example as an equipment consultant, design consultant, customer consultant, project coordinator, special request management staff, sales assistant, sales consultant, sales consultant or specialist planner (w/m/d). Industry knowledge: Especially well suited experience with a building owner, project developer, prefab house provider, construction company or interior designer as well as from kitchen planning, bathroom planning, sanitary, tile, flooring, door or window industry, space equipment or specialist trade for equipment. A cross entry from a comparable environment is also possible. Technical understanding: You don't have to be a construction expert! Your willingness to work in samples, special requests, equipment and construction processes is important. The project management will help you with technical questions. Working: You are very well organized and keep track of several customers, dates and open topics. You work independently, set priorities and take responsibility for your area. You think forward and stay up until topics are reliably completed. Service idea: You enjoy personal advice and want our customers to feel well looked after and informed throughout the entire process. In doing so, you communicate friendly and binding, but you can also set clear limits and lead customers safely through decisions. Team understanding: You feel comfortable in small teams, value a partnership and want to actively move something. EDV & Language: You work safely with MS Office and digital applications and have very good German skills. Good knowledge of English is advantageous.
