Consultant Process Development & Cost Control HSW (m/f/d)

In order to further develop our commercial control, we build a central function for process optimization at the Cologne site. Our target is uniform processes from demand reporting to billing, group-wide agreed framework agreements, transparent key figures and reporting, and a digitally supported workflow that can be used internationally. We start with selected units and then expand the structure step by step. For this construction, we are looking for a business-oriented and process-oriented thinking personality that shapes processes, makes data resilient and drives implementation across borders. Construction of the common purchasing and controlling structure: Participation in the construction of the slim, joint purchasing and controlling structure for the central area and the operating units Recording the actual state in the countries – processes, systems, contracts, volumes and key figures – as well as deriving standardization and savings potentials Development, documentation and introduction of a company-wide standardized process for demand reporting, procurement and billing clarification of competences and interfaces to the fields and avoidance of double structures Bundling of needs and supplier control: Bundling of needs across units and countries, including PSA, training, consulting services and software Construction and maintenance of framework contracts and joint supplier management research, preselection and evaluation of suppliers, implementation of market, supply and cost comparisons and preparation of negotiations Resolution of individual contracts and gradual reduction of decentralised individual purchases Cost transparency and controlling cockpit: Building a single controlling cockpit with defined key figures for costs, contracts and investments Production of transparency on expenditure and savings potentials and quantification of the effects achieved Processing and plausibility of data stocks as a sound basis for decision-making for management and bodies Support for budget planning and budget tracking and auditing contracts, offers and invoices Systems, data and international roll-out: Designing a digitally supported, internationally usable workflow and dismantling media breaks between units Recording technical requirements, coordination of system changes with internal and external IT service providers as well as performing and documentation of tests and acceptances Monitoring of pilot operations with selected units and preparation of the international roll-out Coordination and administrative support of international units focusing on Central and Eastern Europe

Degree in Economics (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) Multiannual professional experience in international business processes, procurement or commercial management, ideally with responsibility for goods management, inventory and accounting processes Experience in building or standardizing processes across multiple sites or countries Found experience with ERP systems and their professional support Practice in process analysis, requesting and error analysis as well as in cooperation with external IT service providers Experience in supplier control, contract and contract negotiations as well as in offer and cost comparisons Very safe handling of Excel and pleasure in key figures and evaluations; Knowledge of VBA and/or Python of advantage German and fluent English; other foreign languages are welcome Structured, independent working, willingness to design and joy in cross-disciplinary cooperation
